Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focused on delivering commercial results and customer experience.
• Manage KPIs including labour efficiency, waste reduction, and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines.
• Coach and provide feedback on partner performance.
• Lead brand and operational standards to meet or exceed expectations.
• Use financial and operational data to improve shift performance.
• Train partners to deliver quality, efficiency, and service.
• Lead initiatives and product launches at store level.
• Maintain health & safety, food safety and security standards.
