Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on delivering commercial results and customer experience.
• Own KPIs such as labour, waste, and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines, optimising customer experience.
• Coach and provide feedback to partners; recognise achievements.
• Act as duty manager when scheduled, making operational and partner decisions.
• Maintain brand and operational standards and drive improvements using data.
