• Monitor KPIs like labour, waste, and sales; adjust rosters accordingly.
• Coach and develop partners, give feedback, recognise achievements.
• Act as duty manager during shifts and uphold brand and operational standards.
• Use data to drive decision-making and implement new initiatives.
