Clarks in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and daily operations. You will be a hands-on leader focused on delivering great customer service and achieving store targets.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable with POS, inventory checks, and basic office tools, and flexible across a 7-day

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable driving KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
