Costa Coffee in Borehamwood is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and lead a busy frontline team, ensuring every customer leaves with a memorable coffee experience.

You will develop your team, manage rotas and stock, drive sales, and uphold hygiene and brand standards. The role offers a competitive salary, strong progression opportunities, and staff perks while working on-site at Borehamwood.

Formación

• Experience in supervisory/management within a coffee shop or branded restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Hygiene, Health & Safety and brand audits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Store Manager and deputise in their absence.
• Efficiently manage store operations to deliver the best coffee experience.
• Plan weekly rotas, shifts and staff holidays.
• Drive sales growth with the team to maximise KPIs.
• Oversee P&L and work to productivity and gross profit targets.
• Develop the team with in-store and online training.
• Motivate, coach and manage the team to deliver excellent service.
• Manage stock and orders to ensure 100% stock availability.
• Adhere to company standards, policies, and brand procedures.
• Implement hygiene, health and safety checks and take action as needed.
