Job summary

Costa Coffee Hornchurch is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive store performance, coach the team and deliver the Costa coffee experience.

You’ll oversee operations, cash and stock, uphold Costa standards, and translate KPI insights into actions daily. This role offers a rewarding, hands-on opportunity in a fast-paced retail environment.

A bit about the role

You’ll help make sure that everything about the store is efficient and effective. That means getting involved in operations, store and company culture, customer relationships, and of course, the coffee. This is going to be so much fun.
