Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in high-performance storage systems, such as VAST, Isilon or equivalents.
• Proven leadership in large-scale, distributed environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience building automation and tooling to improve user experience and platform efficiency.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, configuration management and SRE principles.
• A clear understanding of ML workloads and storage access patterns.
• Experience with cloud storage, with AWS preferred.
• Commitment to building secure, resilient, high-integrity systems.
