Job summary

Reiss Limited in London Heathrow Terminal 2 is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to join our Retail team. You’ll support day-to-day back-of-house operations, ensuring stock deliveries, replenishment and store compliance are delivered to a high standard.

The role focuses on supervising a team, coaching colleagues and maintaining premium service for our customers in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

• Assist in shop floor management when required.
• Support floor moves, promotions and product launches.
• Serve as a key holder for the store.

What’s the role about?

As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our Heathrow Terminal 2 Store as a Stockroom Supervisor. You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store by ensuring the back of house operations and always running to a high standard.

Who you are

What you’ll be doing

• Effectively manage a team to ensure that stock deliveries are processed, and products arrive in excellent condition to the shop floor
• Manage the timely replenishment of stock and team productivity
• Ensure back of house standards are maintained
• Supporting the Reiss online business through efficient management of the fulfil from store and return to store process
• Support the management of the shop floor from time to time
• Assist the team with floor moves, promotions and product launches
• Be a key holder for the store
