Qualifications

• Experience in stockroom, warehouse or retail environments.
• Ability to perform manual handling and physical tasks.
• Physical role requiring long periods of standing and moving stock.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and organise deliveries to a high standard.
• Keep stock areas clean, safe, and impeccably organised.
• Store, handle, and replenish products to maintain quality and reduce loss.
• Work with the sales team to replenish the shop floor efficiently.
• Respond to stock requests to support customer service.
• Follow manual handling, stock security and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Fortnum & Mason standards.
