Job summary

Fortnum & Mason plc in Bicester Village is hiring a Stock Keeper for a full-time role (40 hours/week). You will receive, process and organise deliveries, keep stock areas neat, and replenish the shop floor to ensure excellent customer service and stock integrity.

This role involves manual handling and a physically demanding environment, with strong team collaboration to maintain high standards across the store.

This is a fulltime role (40 hours per week) based at Bicester Village.

What You'll Do:

• Receive, process, and organise all deliveries to the highest standard.
• Keep stock areas clean, safe, and impeccably organised in line with company guidelines.
• Ensure products are stored, handled, and replenished correctly to maintain quality and reduce loss
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure the shop floor is consistently and efficiently replenished.
• Respond to stock requests quickly to support seamless customer service.
• Follow all procedures relating to manual handling, stock security, and workplace safety.
• Ensure compliance with all Fortnum & Mason operational standards.
