Job summary

TALA is seeking a Stockroom Coordinator for a fixed-term role at Bicester Village. You will own stock flow from receipt to shop floor, ensure accurate pricing and ticketing, and lead the backroom team to maintain stock integrity.

Responsibilities include preparing stock for sale, supervising replenishment, and upholding health and safety standards while collaborating with the Store Manager on campaigns and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fashion/activewear retail setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solver who works independently and in a team.
• Strong visual merchandising and attention to detail.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end stock flow from delivery to shop floor.
• Plan deliveries around centre access and windows.
• Receive and check deliveries; escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain delivery-to-floor turnaround standards.
• Own the retail-ready processing: steaming, hanging, tagging.
• Manage pricing, ticketing, and promotions to deadlines.
• Develop routines for high-volume stock processing.
• Lead stockroom team and rota planning.
• Ensure health & safety and centre standards compliance.
• Deputise for Store Manager when required.
