Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. looks for a Stock Controller to support daily processes and handle stock items safely and accurately at the Northfleet site (DA11 9AD). This is a full-time, permanent role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00.

You will join a team responsible for data collation, stock preparation, email communication, and reporting to the admin manager. The role requires attention to detail, good IT and Excel skills, and experience with WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the finance and admin team with data reporting and admin tasks from receipt to despatch.
• Stock assembly and preparation using provided tools and systems.
• Check and respond to emails.
• Collate hours and prepare reports for admin manager and management team.
• Investigate stock issues and escalate as needed.
• Utilise a WMS to maintain work documents.
