Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the UK is hiring a Stock & Systems Manager to drive stock integrity and system accuracy across a busy operation near Coventry. You will lead a team of stock clerks and specialists, ensuring stock is in the right locations to meet client KPIs and SLAs.

You will own inventory performance, data reporting, and ongoing improvements to WMS processes. A strong focus on cost control, efficiency, and customer-facing collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management within large, fast-paced logistics operations.
• Proven knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong cost-control, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading and coaching a team to deliver improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock integrity, inventory accuracy and location control.
• Drive inventory performance and balance stock across the operation.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports and identify trends for improvements.
• Lead and develop a team of stock clerks and troubleshooters to meet KPIs.
• Support WMS changes, testing, and rollouts with central functions.
