Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Stock & Systems Manager in Ryton-on-Dunsmore (near Coventry) to lead stock control, system integrity and continuous improvement across the operation. You will coach a team of Stock Clerks and Troubleshooters, manage inventory performance and drive data-led improvements to meet client KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management within a large, fast-paced logistics environment.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills to manage a multi-site team.
• Strong understanding of WMS, inventory integrity and KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock integrity, locations, and inventory accuracy to meet client KPIs and SLAs.
• Coach and lead a team of 4 Stock Clerks, 4 Troubleshooters and a WMS Super User.
• Own weekly/monthly performance reporting and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with central functions on system changes, testing and implementations.
