Job summary

CEVA Logistics UK&I in Coventry area is seeking a Stock & Systems Manager to lead stock integrity and system performance across the site. You will coach a team of Stock Clerks, Troubleshooters and a WMS Super User, driving improvements and ensuring inventory accuracy to meet client KPIs and SLAs.

Working Monday to Friday, you will partner with the Head of Business Support and central functions on system changes, testing and implementation while maintaining focus on efficiency and capacity across

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management within large, fast-paced logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory accuracy.
• Proven leadership and team development skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate a team of Stock Clerks, Troubleshooters and a WMS Super User; own stock integrity and system performance.
• Ensure stock is in correct locations and meet client KPIs and SLAs.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports and drive improvements through data-driven insights.
