Job summary

AEG Europe, based at indigo at The O2 in North Greenwich, is seeking a Stock Manager to oversee beverage stock across bars and cellars, ensuring accurate records and smooth operation for events.

The role covers stock control, cellar management, event support, deliveries and compliance, with a focus on timely replenishment and reporting. Availability for day, evening and weekend deliveries is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control, cellar operations, logistics, warehouse, hospitality or beverage operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock movement processes.
• Comfortable using stock control systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced live event environment and safely handle stock deliveries.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and organised approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage beverage stock across bars, cellars and storage areas with accurate records and reporting.
• Monitor stock movements, investigate variances and support stocktakes.
• Maintain organised, safe cellar and storage areas, ensuring correct storage and rotation.
