Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Beverage Controller responsible for the effective management and control of beverage stock across the House, ensuring accurate inventory levels, stock movements and reporting.

You will work with F&B, Bar and Finance teams to maintain beverage stock levels, monitor usage and variances, and support cost control through accurate deliveries, transfers and stock movements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience within beverage control, stock control or inventory management.
• Good understanding of beverage products and wet-stock management.
• Experience in high-volume F&B environments is advantageous.
• Strong numerical skills and cost awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all beverage stock.
• Receive and check beverage deliveries against orders and documentation.
• Record all stock movements, transfers, wastage and adjustments.
• Conduct regular beverage stock counts and support month-end inventory processes.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with teams to avoid overstock or shortages.
• Produce stock and variance reports for managers and finance.
• Support cost-control efforts by tracking usage, wastage and cost-of-sales targets.
