Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC in Aylesbury is seeking a Workflow & Stock Inventory Controller to join a busy distribution operation. You will help keep warehouse operations running smoothly, ensure orders are accurate, and maintain stock levels so the team always has work ready.

The role requires experience in stock control or warehouse operations, strong attention to detail and good IT skills (Excel and ERP systems).

Qualifications

Experience in stock control, inventory or warehouse operations.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Good IT skills, including Excel and warehouse management or ERP systems.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a practical, problem-solving approach.
Ownership mindset and understanding of keeping a warehouse running efficiently.

Responsibilities

Plan and prioritise customer orders to maintain warehouse workflow.
Investigate stock shortages and find solutions to keep orders moving.
Check outgoing orders to ensure correct products and quantities.
Carry out regular stock counts and audits.
Investigate stock discrepancies, damages and losses; produce reports as required.
Work closely with warehouse and management teams to resolve issues quickly.
Identify and correct errors while minimising disruption to daily operations.
