Responsibilities

• Carry out regular stock reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate stock records within the company ERP system.
• Process stock movements and transfers between locations.
• Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages.
• Work closely with planning and operational teams to resolve stock issues.
• Support improvements to stock control and reprocessing procedures.
• Liaise with internal teams and external logistics/operational partners.
• Maintain an organised workflow and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails professionally.
• Support the wider team in meeting customer service and operational targets.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across stock processes.

Monday–Friday two shifts 06.00- 2.00pm and 2.00pm - 06.00am

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience within Stock Control, Inventory, Logistics or Supply Chain.

You will ideally have:

• At least 2 years' experience in stock management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• A calm and professional approach when working under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A confident telephone manner
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
• Good IT and systems skills, ideally with experience using an ERP system
• Working in a Distribrution, Transport and Logistics environment and would be advantageous but is not essential.
