Job summary

Culina Group Limited is hiring for a Stock Controller in a full-time permanent position in the Chilled & Fresh division. The role focuses on ensuring accurate receipt, storage and despatch of goods, with emphasis on maintaining stock integrity and resolving discrepancies.

Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm, providing a structured routine. The salary is £13.96 per hour, with additional responsibilities such as reporting and pallet database management.

Qualifications

• Previous stock controller experience is essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Management and Operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads and amend and rework accordingly.
• Manage, with the Receipt and Despatch Team, the problem pallet area.
• Accurately amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity ensuring all checks are completed first.
• Hold and Release process.
• Assist in the management of the pallet database.
• Fully investigate and report accurately all short shipments.
• Complete daily and weekly reports.
• Assist Stock Management with investigations.
• Handle handovers, missing pallet investigations, damage control and samples.
