Job summary

Culina Group Limited is hiring for a Stock Controller within our Contract Logistics division. You will liaise with management and operations to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads and maintain stock integrity through the pallet process.

Working 4 on 4 off nights, 18:00 - 06:00, with a salary up to £29,535 plus £2,000 per annum DOE. The role offers opportunities to drive improvements and contribute to efficient warehouse operations across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Stock control experience required.
• Flexibility to cover all stock department functions.
• High level of detail required.
• Able to manage own time to meet daily targets.
• Team player who can also work on own initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management and operations to ensure accuracy of received and dispatched loads.
• Manage the pallet area with the Receipt and Despatch Team.
• Update pick faces to maintain stock integrity with checks completed.
• Hold and release process management.
• Assist with pallet database management.
• Investigate and report all short shipments accurately.
• Complete daily and weekly reports.
• ODT planning with Mars and Haulier.
• Assist Stock Management with investigations.
• Handle handovers, missing pallets investigations, damage control and samples as required.
