Job summary

South West Recruitment Ltd in New Milton, Hampshire is seeking a Goods In / Stock Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing company. The role is office-based, with responsibilities for booking incoming materials, updating stock records and coordinating with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth stock control.

The successful candidate will have experience in goods inwards, stock control or stores administration, strong IT skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in goods inwards, stock control or stores administration.
• Experience booking goods into stock using a computerised system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and stock management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Good communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Booking incoming materials and deliveries onto stock system.
• Updating stock records and inventory information.
• Liaising with suppliers on delivery queries.
• Working with warehouse, production and purchasing teams.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock control.
• Maintaining records of deliveries and stock movements.
• Supporting general stores and admin duties.
