Job summary

Based in Yeovil, this permanent role covers stock control, warehouse administration, goods in/out and order preparation, with responsibilities for accurate stock records and ensuring materials and finished goods are received, stored, picked and dispatched correctly.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control, inventory, goods in/out or warehouse operations.
• Highly organised with accurate paperwork and spreadsheets.
• Counterbalance forklift experience would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound deliveries including loading and unloading.
• Book deliveries onto the system and complete related documentation.
• Accurately pick, label and wrap pallets for dispatch.
• Maintain FIFO stock rotation.
• Carry out weekly and monthly stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Prepare materials and orders for production.
• Maintain warehouse spreadsheets and stock records.
• Update Supply Chain on finished goods stock levels.
• Liaise with external storage providers on stock movements.
