Job description

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition Surveyor to their team based in Swansea.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
  • Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
  • Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.

About the Role:

Surveys are carried out on a asset management software - tablet devices will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carry out 6-10 completed surveys per day.
  • Induction provided - to use the software.
  • Outside IR 35.
  • Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
  • Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
  • Familiarity with the HHSRS system.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
