Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for multiple Stock Condition Surveyors on a temporary contract in the following locations – Barking & Dagenham (12 months), West London (outin?). The client is also looking for a Domestic Energy Assessor for a 3‑month contract in Wiltshire.

The position is due to start immediately on a part‑time basis. The per‑survey rate is asْم as follows:

House stock condition only - £25, Flat stock condition only - £20, Block - £25 (Umb/Ltd).

Wiltshire patch: House SCS & EPC- £49, Flat SCS & EPC - £45 (Umb/Ltd).

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
  • Carrying out stock condition surveys across residential property portfolios
  • Assessing condition, lifespan and compliance of building elements
  • Identifying_DMA defects, disrepair and health & safety risks
  • Recording survey data accurately using digital systems
  • Supporting asset management and lifecycle planning藏宝 strategies
Experience required:
  • Previous stock condition experience
  • Access to a car
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
  • Domestic Energy Assement (Wiltshire only)
Working schedule
  • Flexible hours
  • 35 + surveys per week
