Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Worksop is seeking a proactive Stock Control / Replenishment Clerk to join our warehouse operation on a permanent (full-time) basis. The role focuses on analysing demand patterns, monitoring stock availability and managing replenishment to sustain optimal stock flow and high service levels.

The successful candidate will work with SAP and Excel, supporting warehouse operations and ensuring correct stock is in picking locations.

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Working Sunday to Thursday, 10pm - 6am
Location: Manton Wood - Worksop

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Stock Control / Replenishment Clerk to join our warehouse operation. This role is critical in ensuring stock is available in the right place, at the right time, supporting operational efficiency and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Working closely with the warehouse and inventory teams, you will analyse demand patterns, monitor stock availability and manage replenishment activity to maintain optimal stock flow across the operation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Analysing historical demand, forecast data and operational trends using SAP and other warehouse management systems
• Monitoring demand patterns, promotional activity, seasonal peaks and volume fluctuations to ensure product availability is maintained
• Investigating stock availability issues and taking corrective action to minimise operational disruption
• Supporting warehouse operations by ensuring the correct stock is available in picking locations to maintain operational flow
• Reviewing reports within The View to monitor:
  • Empty picking location availability
  • Demand requirements for Days 1-7
  • Unassigned picking locations
  • Pick faces without demand

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable interpreting inventory, demand and operational data
• Possess experience using warehouse management systems, SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Proactively monitor inventory levels and replenishment activity
• Have excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider operational team
