Job summary

Culina Logistics in Stafford is seeking a Stock Administrator to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will maintain accurate stock records, reconcile actual stock with the system, investigate discrepancies, and process returns and cross-depot documents. The role includes responding to stock queries, escalating non-conformances, and providing cover for Goods In as required. Excellent attention to detail and MS Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast paced admin role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• PC literate with MS Excel.
• Ability to prioritise workload and provide good customer service.

Our Stafford site have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Administrator to join their friendly team on a full time permanent basis.

As a Stock Administrator you will be responsible for providing accurate stock administration, reconciling actual stock against system stock, investigating discrepancies and escalating non-conformance.

Salary: £27,367

Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm.

Key Duties of Stock Administrator:

• Creating and distributing stock reports to both internal and external customers.
• Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care.
• Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures.
• Processing returns and inter depot cross documents.
• Pursuing stock rejections and returns throughout the network.
• Processing system transactions to correct stock balances.
• Maintaining accurate transactions in outside warehouse database.
• Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside and missing pallets.
• Empty location checks as required on the system.
• Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances.
• Providing cover for Goods In desk as required.
• General administration paperwork filing.
• Other duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a fast paced, Administration role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• PC literate and experience in MS Excel.
• Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.
• Able to manage own work load effectively and prioritise.
• Excellent customer service skills.
