Miller & Carter - Bath is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who loves great food, trains great people and leads the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. You will run a section and ensure the team works as one.

You'll master a branded menu, assist with food ordering, prep and stock control, while upholding health and hygiene standards. The role offers training, progression opportunities, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of kitchen teams and ability to train staff.
• Experience in food ordering, stock control and portioning.
• Knowledge of branded menu execution and quality standards.
• Commitment to health & hygiene procedures and food safety.

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
