Valsoft Corporation is seeking a Statutory Reporting & Compliance Manager in the United Kingdom to own the statutory accounts across all entities and portfolios. You will separate statutory compliance from portfolio finance teams, ensuring audit-ready outputs and a robust group calendar.

The role reports to the Head of Finance and requires IFRS expertise, cross-jurisdiction experience, and a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualificações

• Qualified accountant with 7+ years in statutory reporting and 3+ years in Big Four or mid-tier audits.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, especially IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Experience with statutory accounts and multi-jurisdiction audits (US, Europe, APAC).
• Experience leading multiple statutory audits against fixed deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Own statutory accounts for all legal entities under local GAAP and oversee filings.
• Plan, lead and coordinate statutory audits end to end; manage relationships with auditors.
• Deliver IFRS conversions and respond to IFRS reporting requests; set group accounting policies.
• Maintain the legal entity register and ensure month-end standards across portfolios.
