The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, as well as experience in the financial services industry. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of post-qualified experience.
• Trained in a Top 10 audit firm.
• Proven experience preparing or auditing statutory financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual statutory financial statements for all group entities.
• Coordinate the external audit process for all group entities.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting processes and internal controls.

Skills

Qualified accountant (ACA)

Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and IFRS

Excellent understanding of internal controls

Strong analytical and written skills

Experience working in the financial services industry
