Job summary

Valsoft Corporation is seeking a Statutory Reporting & Compliance Manager in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on owning timely, audit-ready statutory reporting for all group entities, separating compliance from portfolio finance teams to protect deadlines and judgements.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead statutory audits, manage local GAAP to IFRS conversions and define group accounting policies, ensuring robust controls across multiple jurisdictions and external providers.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with IFRS expertise and multi-entity statutory reporting experience.
• Experience leading statutory audits across jurisdictions (US, Europe, APAC).
• Ability to drive group-wide conversion from local GAAP to IFRS and manage policy development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee statutory financial statements for all entities under local GAAP.
• Own group statutory calendar and filing deadlines, coordinate external providers.
• Plan and lead statutory audits end to end with primary contact role for auditors.
• Deliver IFRS conversions and respond to IFRS reporting requests.
• Maintain entity registers and ensure compliance with internal controls.
