Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in statutory accounting, audit, or financial reporting.
• Experience managing statutory compliance across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting in at least one jurisdiction.
• Track record of working with external advisors and authorities.
• Experience implementing or improving accounting processes and internal controls.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven with a proactive compliance calendar.
• Clear written communication translating complex changes into guidance for the team.
