Job summary

Qualifications

• Standalone HR Manager role requiring CIPD Level 5 qualification.
• Experience in managing full employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and compliant HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Managing all employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance and absence cases
• Leading recruitment, onboarding and induction activities
• Advising managers on HR best practice and people-related matters
• Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
• Supporting performance management and employee development initiatives
• Managing HR administration, records and reporting
• Driving employee engagement and wellbeing activities
• Ensuring compliance with current UK employment legislation
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
