Job summary

Faith Recruitment Ltd in Farnham is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the full HR function. The role covers strategic initiatives through to day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations and policy updates.

The ideal candidate will bring CIPD Level 5, strong UK employment law knowledge, and a hands-on, proactive approach to drive engagement and compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a standalone HR Manager role with end-to-end HR.
• Strong employee relations experience and independent case management.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction activities.
• Advise managers on HR best practices and people-related matters.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Manage HR administration, records and reporting.
• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience.
