Job summary

9-2-3 Jobs Limited is seeking a standalone, hands-on HR professional to provide end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle, day-to-day people issues, and light-touch strategic input as a trusted advisor to leadership.

This 15-hour-per-week role is based in a small Witney area office, with some home working welcome; salary £35k FTE. You can even bring your dog to work!

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 minimum or equivalent HR experience.
• Solid HR generalist background with end-to-end recruitment, ER casework, and coaching line managers.
• Up-to-date UK employment law knowledge and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide standalone HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Handle day-to-day people issues and offer light-touch strategic input to leadership.
• Advise and coach line managers on HR matters.
