Frazer Jones in London is seeking a standalone HR Manager to build and lead the people function, partnering with senior leadership to support scale and transformation. You will own the employee lifecycle and help create a high-performance, people-first culture in a fast-growing consultancy.

You will shape HR processes, policies and programmes, ensure UK compliance, and drive performance, talent development and engagement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a standalone HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar generalist HR role.
• Strong employment law knowledge and employee relations expertise.
• Experience in high-growth, consulting, professional services or entrepreneurial environment.
• Comfortable operating at strategic and operational levels.
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Passionate about building culture and creating outstanding employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide expert advice on people matters.
• Manage employee relations cases, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and best practice initiatives.
• Support workforce planning and organisational growth strategies.
• Drive performance management, talent development and succession planning.
• Oversee onboarding, engagement and retention programmes.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR governance requirements.
• Analyse people data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Champion company culture and employee wellbeing initiatives.
