You will work with senior leadership to embed HR best practices, support wellbeing and development, and help cultivate a positive, high-performing culture through coaching and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have extensive HR and people development experience in law or professional services.
• Coaching and leading people development initiatives are preferred.
• Experience implementing HR policies, processes and employment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Partners on people-related initiatives and matters.
• Coach and support employees in their development and performance.
• Be the main contact for HR matters across the firm.
• Advise managers on employee relations, employment law and performance.
• Maintain HR policies, processes and employment documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance and salary reviews.
