Job summary

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading private investment firm to hire an HR Associate to join its growing HR team in London. This hybrid role requires you to balance office presence with remote work and to support employees across the business.

You will manage HR administration across the lifecycle, mentor a junior team member, assist onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR data, partner with Payroll and Finance, support recruitment and reporting, and participate in regulatory and efficiency

Qualifications

• 4+ years HR experience in financial services or fast-paced, professional environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong HR operations fundamentals.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working at pace.
• Naturally proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
• Confident working with HR systems, data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
• Supervise and mentor a junior member of the team.
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding and employee changes.
• Maintaining accurate HR data and documentation across systems.
• Partnering with Payroll, Finance and key business stakeholders.
• Assisting with recruitment and talent processes where required.
• Supporting HR reporting, metrics and data analysis.
• Contributing to regulatory, compliance and audit activities.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Supporting HR projects focused on growth, integration and continuous improvement.
• Helping deliver a first-class employee experience across the business.
