Turnkey Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced People Manager based in London. In this standalone role, you will manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, employee relations, and policy management. The role offers independence and the opportunity to support global people initiatives.

The ideal candidate has proven HR generalist experience, ideally within a professional services environment, and is comfortable working independently. This position allows for flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven generalist HR experience, preferably in consultancy environment.
• Hands-on experience managing employee relations cases.
• Experience running full recruitment campaigns end-to-end.

Responsabilités

• Act as contact for all HR queries from managers and employees.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all vacancies.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation.
