Job summary

Kinect Services Limited is seeking an Area Liaison Coordinator in the United Kingdom to manage relationships with Local Authorities, schools and service users across a designated area. You will coordinate customer communications, safeguarding administration and employee welfare support, while ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Manager in maintaining strong relationships with Local Authorities.
• Attend/Chair Local Authority meetings as required.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for schools, colleges, day centres and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer communications and correspondence; maintain records and logs.
• Coordinate safeguarding and compliance administration across the area.
• Support welfare initiatives and staff wellbeing coordination.
