Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to promote a high standard of customer care for all residents, liaising with clients, the call centre and the operations team to address issues promptly. You will ensure adherence to HSE and company policies, coordinate pre-start meetings, conduct needs assessments, and maintain records and communications throughout the works.

Qualifications

• Experience in resident liaison or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication with residents, clients, call centre and operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver a high standard of customer care for all residents and ensure clear communication between residents, clients, call centre and the operational team.
• Ensure compliance with United Infrastructure HSE&Q standards, processes and company policies at all times.
• Coordinate pre-start meetings with residents, carry out needs assessments, and document outcomes and timelines.
