Job summary

Sustainable Building Services in the UK is seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to manage the resident journey across large-scale retrofit projects. You will provide consultation before, during and after works to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth project delivery.

You will identify vulnerable tenants, coordinate inductions, and foster strong relationships with residents, clients, sub-contractors and local communities while protecting data under GDPR and adhering to health and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role within construction.
• GCSEs or equivalent qualification.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel as required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of H&S regulations on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support to residents before, during and after works to ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify vulnerable tenants and additional needs they might require.
• Ensure resident data is kept secure in line with GDPR.
• Manage the customer/resident journey following engagement procedures.
• Develop relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate resident inductions and set up communication packs for new contracts.
• Assist with community events and social value initiatives.
