Qualifications

• Experience in transport operations, logistics or planning environments.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across the area.
• Support route planning and area resource planning activities.
• Manage rotas, staffing allocations and on-call duties.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and liaise with Fleet teams.
• Maintain operational records, trackers and reports.
• Work with Area Manager and drivers to support disruption handling.
• Participate in on-call rota and operational response during disruptions.
