Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Staff Restaurant Attendant to welcome associates to the staff restaurant and help maintain high levels of service in the kitchen and back-of-house areas.

You will ensure cleanliness, restock before, during and after service, and uphold health and safety guidelines while delivering the level of care expected in a premium hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stay organised and proactive.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

RoleWe are currently looking for a Staff Restaurant Attendant to join our team at Rosewood London. The Staff Restaurant Attendant are appointed to welcome our associates to our staff restaurant and to help maintain high levels of service and assist with the smooth running of the staff restaurant and kitchen.Key expectations of this role are* Maintaining the cleanliness of the staff restaurant* Ensuring that the staff restaurant is stocked before, during and after service* Ensuring all areas of the back of house are free of hazards in line with the company’s health and safety guideline.* Following Food Safety standards at all times.* Keeping breakages of Kitchen equipment to a minimum whilst performing cleaning tasks.Profile* Having a passion for heart of house and taking ownership of the associate experience.* Developing and maintaining positive working relationships and attitude with others.* Being organised and proactive in managing and completing tasks.All our associates have the opportunity to live by our guiding philosophy which captures the essence of our culture RELATIONSHIP HOSPITALITY.
