Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Staff Restaurant Attendant to welcome associates to our staff restaurant and help maintain high service levels in the kitchen and dining areas. You will uphold Food Safety standards, support stock and cleanliness, and contribute to a smooth, hospitality-driven operation.

The role emphasizes proactive organisation, positive relationships with colleagues, and a passionate approach to the kitchen's heart-of-house operations, in line with our RELATIONSHIP HOSPITALITY

• Being organised and proactive in managing and completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the staff restaurant.
• Ensuring that the staff restaurant is stocked before, during and after service.
• Ensuring back of house areas are free of hazards per health and safety guidelines.
• Following Food Safety standards at all times.
• Keeping breakages of kitchen equipment to a minimum while cleaning tasks.

We are currently looking for a Staff Restaurant Attendant to join our team at Rosewood London. The Staff Restaurant Attendant are appointed to welcome our associates to our staff restaurant and to help maintain high levels of service and assist with the smooth running of the staff restaurant and kitchen.

Key expectations of this role are

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the staff restaurant
• Ensuring that the staff restaurant is stocked before, during and after service
• Ensuring all areas of the back of house are free of hazards in line with the company's health and safety guideline.
• Following Food Safety standards at all times.
• Keeping breakages of Kitchen equipment to a minimum whilst performing cleaning tasks.
