Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking an Assistant In Room Dining Manager to oversee the In Room Dining team and ensure memorable guest experiences in partnership with the In Room Dining Manager. This role focuses on coaching and developing associates while upholding the Rosewood RELATIONSHIP HOSPITALITY philosophy.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience in a refined hotel environment, a passion for guest service, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and expectations to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience at supervisory level within an upscale and refined hotel environment.
• A thorough understanding of supervising and developing people effectively.
• Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
• A sound understanding of managing various stakeholders and their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting In Room Dining team in engaging with guests, associates and business partners to meet and exceed their needs.
• Acting as a coach to a team of associates to ensure high engagement levels, people development and highest associate retention to strengthen the company culture.
• Embracing Rosewood standards to ensure a consistent guest experience delivered by all guest service associates.
• Continuously identifying and developing areas for improvement and motivating the team to actively take part in the process to enhance the brand experience.

The Assistant In Room Dining Manager is entrusted with overseeing all in room dining associates to consistently ensure the delivery of memorable guest experiences in partnership with In Room Dining Manager.
