Job summary

Intercom, part of Salesforce, is recruiting a Staff Engineer to lead both backend and frontend systems and work closely with designers, product managers, researchers and data analysts. You will coach engineers and shape technical strategy to scale our AI-powered customer platform.

You will help drive architecture, reliability, and performance while mentoring teams and advancing product value for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience building SaaS products used globally.
• Demonstrated impact on product/teams.
• Deep knowledge of a high-level language and ability to learn new ones quickly.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• 2+ years as primary technical leader for a team.
• Experience collaborating with product and design for customer value.
