Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a product engineer to solve real customer problems by applying technical knowledge across backend and frontend systems. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team and closely partner with designers, product managers, researchers and data analysts.

You will tackle scaling challenges across features like messenger composer, rule matching, deliverability, security and ML, helping tens of millions of users daily.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role, preferably building a SaaS product.
• Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience collaborating with product teams and designers, delivering value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical plans and contribute to technical architecture as we scale.
• Write Ruby code integrating AWS, infrastructure, platform and SaaS technologies.
• Ship changes to production on day one and deploy multiple times daily on weekdays.
• Build using industry best tools and AI-powered developer tools.
• Mentor engineers and interview candidates to grow the team.
