Real Life Options is seeking a part-time Staff Plan Coordinator (RotaManagement) in Leeds, working 25 hours per week (8am–1pm, Mon–Fri) at our LS11 office. You will create and manage rotas to ensure contractual hours and person-centred support, using the One Touch system to schedule staff and coordinate meetings, training, and coverage.
We value IT confidence, flexible approach, and strong organisational and administrative abilities.
