You will respond to last‑minute changes, liaise with care staff, clients and families, and maintain scheduling records while supporting the delivery of safe, person-centered care. On-call duties may apply and accuracy is essential.

Salary: £26,899.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including participation in an on-call rota.
